Really enjoyed the place, had a lovely stay for business trip. The twin room was new-fashioned, had a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and an individual safe. The location was nice and absolutely perfect in the good area. We dined at a very nice nearby restaurant with Italian dishes...

Very good experience there. Romantic and fairly clean hotel, best possible location on public transport or taxis. What an extraordinary service-minded staff! Well-kept rooms with a safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar, etc. Luxury private bathroom. Location close to the surrounding mountains, the outskirts of Belluno, and a town center.

High quality accommodation with easy setting so close to a very nice garden, the slopes, and downtown. Very good overall experience.

The rooms are absolutely fabulous and fairly quiet, with central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen TV. The service is first-class, includes free parking. Use the parking onsite.

The room they gave us was luxurious and new-fashioned with efficient shower and comfortable beds. This was a magnificent location very close to the outskirts of Belluno, a short taxi or bus ride away.

Good breakfast. Plenty of car parking. Pleasant location. Nice room BUT note: We cannot comment on a standard double room, as booked, as we were upgraded, free-of-charge, to a junior suite because the hotelwas full (Giro d'Italia cycle race in town)
Airconditioning poor; the first night of our stay the system was shut down, apparently because "the weather was warming up"?!

The hotel building and rooms were beautiful, very luxurious with good quality furniture, bedding and linen. The hotel was very clean and smart and looked as though it had been recently renovated. Disappointed with the outside space as in places this looked tatty and there was no pool facilities. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, croissants, cereals etc. Bacon and egg was also available but there was not enough of this to go around. Very disappointed that the restaurant was closed as the staff were on holiday themselves and we were not informed of this in advance. Location was good as very close to the dolomite mountains and Belluno town was lovely. Hotel expensive considering lack of facilities.

The room should have "real" glasses in order for it to be a first rate hotel

great situation, beautifully furnished, good breakfast (except Sunday when no eggs available)
Very difficult to find with the website map. Many phone calls needed to find the hotel. Hotel should employ more staff. One person made the bills and the coffee and was in charge of the bar, and was a waiter. He did well but had too many responsibilities.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent value for the money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large king bed. The location was peaceful and quiet, just outside of town. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Location in the countryside. Beautiful architecture.
Restaurant closed for Feragosta on Wednesday Aug 8! Such an establishment as yours needs to have an operational restaurant for discerning clientele.
